Our Team
Corporate, Regional and School Teams
Working for Globeducate opens every employee up to multiple communities through membership of, and work with, different teams. A teacher may join an international working party or professional learning community that crosses borders and they may meet colleagues from other school teams, regional teams and the central corporate team. A key feature of our work is that all parts of our community work closely together and connect frequently.
Corporate Team
Our corporate Globeducate team members work out of Madrid or are based remotely, from Portugal and Spain to Switzerland and Italy. The Corporate Team includes Education Directors, Finance and Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, Admissions and Communications, Operations and Mergers and Acquisitions, and Business Development. Members of the corporate team, particularly Education and Marketing and Admissions, often visit schools and regional teams to lead training workshops and reviews.
Regional Teams
Each country in the Globeducate network has its own corporate team, again with Operations, Finance, People and Culture, Marketing and Communications, and an Educational Lead. Regional teams may have different Globeducate clusters within one region, such as Spain that has Agora International School and Globeducate British International Schools (GBIS), and France that has ICS schools, EIB, Hattemer and GBIS schools.
School Teams
Each school team works as an individual entity within its regional group, its cluster, and then the wider Globeducate context. A school team will report to the Head of School, however there are dotted reporting lines to central and regional teams. These regional and central teams provide support and training.
